2. Client Responsibilities

3. Caregiver Conduct
- Caregivers will:
- Provide professional, compassionate care
- Respect client privacy and dignity
- Follow established care plans
- Maintain confidentiality
- Clients may request caregiver changes if unsatisfied
4. Pricing and Payment
- Rates vary based on service type and hours
- Payment due within 30 days of service
- Accepted payment methods: Bank and Card Payment
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- Rates subject to annual review
5. Scheduling and Cancellation
- Minimum notice required for service changes:
- 24 hours for routine visits
- 48 hours for specialized care
- Late cancellations may incur partial service charges
- Emergency scheduling available with potential additional fees
6. Liability and Insurance
- Company maintains professional liability insurance
- Clients should have home insurance
- Company not responsible for:
- Pre-existing medical conditions
- Client-owned property damage
- Incidents outside caregiver’s control
7. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate services with written notice
- Reasons for immediate termination include:
- Non-payment
- Unsafe working conditions
- Violation of agreed terms
8. Legal Jurisdiction
- Disputes governed by California state law
- Disputes resolved in Sacramento County
